Your product's estimated delivery time is the manufacturing time plus delivery time. Most of our products are custom manufactured. Manufacturing time varies by product.

| How long does my order take?

CLASS RINGS & FINE JEWELRY

Typically, jewelry production is 8–12 weeks for online orders. Customized options you have selected may cause the manufacturing time to vary. Delivery may vary based on programs chosen by your school—meaning sometimes jewelry is delivered directly to school, or it can also be drop-shipped directly to your address.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & FINE PAPER PRODUCTS

Typically, your announcements will be shipped directly home 4–6 weeks from the date we receive your order if your school has opted for home shipping versus in-school delivery. Standard shipping rates vary.

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

Your shipment will arrive within 3 weeks of your online order date.

HIGH SCHOOL CAPS & GOWNS

The vast majority of Southern Recognition, Inc. partner schools require graduation caps and gowns to be delivered ON CAMPUS prior to graduation commencement. Exceptions will not be made for special requests at the direction of the high school administration.

 

If your school has opted for caps and gowns to be shipped directly home, typical shipping occurs 6–8 weeks prior to graduation commencement. Standard shipping rates vary.

| Where is my order?

ORDER STATUS

Did you know that you can check your online orders from your SRgrad.com account? Log in to your account to review your order status. Multiple shipments may occur with your graduation order. Standard or stock items that can be “pick and packed” will be shipped first, whereas custom-manufactured products may require additional lead time and ship separately.

Please contact us and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order, we will send a web order receipt to the email address that you provided with your order. Your order is placed with Southern Recognition, Inc. when a receipt appears on your screen. Your detailed receipt includes the number of items purchased, sales tax, and total order price.

 

Print your receipt screen for future reference. If the receipt does not appear, follow the instructions that appear on the screen or contact us.

| How do I change my order?

ACADEMIC REGALIA – CLASS JEWELRY & RINGS

You may cancel this order within 2 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter cancellations will be subject to up to a $100 cancellation fee. You may change this order within 5 business days from its placement for no additional charge and within 6 to 10 business days for a $25 charge. No changes are allowed after 10 business days from placement of this order OR if your order has been fulfilled and shipped. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to Support@SouthernRecognition.com within the allotted time.

GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Your Graduation Announcements, Certificates of Appreciation, Return Address Labels, and fine paper products are custom printed with your personal information, therefore changes or cancellations are not accepted after your order has been submitted (the receipt has displayed on your screen).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If any of your products have arrived damaged or defective, please email Support@SouthernRecognition.com and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details and we will assist you in getting your products replaced.

| How should my ring fit?

A ring should fit easily over your knuckle. You should be able to put it on without struggle and feel a slight pull at the knuckle when removing it. You may need to twist the ring 1–2 times to get it off. Proper sizing is more of a personal preference than a perfect science.
 

Visit a local jeweler and get sized if you have sizing questions, or contact a Southern Recognition, Inc. team member. Your fingers may change slightly in size over time, which means there is no “perfect” ring size; however, if your ring does not fit, we’ll resize it for life.

 

| My ring does not fit. What do I do?

RING RESIZING

Your Southern Recognition, Inc. ring may be resized at any time once, free of charge, if in resizable condition. Please refer to the warranty page for more information on sending in your ring.

| How do I clean my jewelry?

To preserve the beauty and luster of your jewelry, wash it in a mild detergent in lukewarm water and rinse. Then, dry with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use any type of brush, sharp instrument, or rough cloth for cleaning.

 

Ultrasonic cleaners may knock stones loose since each of our rings has handset stones. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners on any championship jewelry.

 

To protect your jewelry from permanent damage, avoid any contact with mercury. The effect of mercury and harsh acids on silver and gold is severe and permanent. Be sure to remove your jewelry before encountering such harmful agents.

01.  When are caps & gowns delivered?

Most partner schools require graduation caps and gowns to be delivered on campus before graduation. Delivery exceptions generally cannot be made because distribution is controlled by the school administration.

 

For schools that selected home delivery, caps and gowns are usually shipped 6–8 weeks before graduation. Students who do not receive their orders within this period

02.   Where are caps & gowns delivered?

Most caps and gowns are delivered on campus, with the exact distribution date determined and announced by each school.

When a school has selected direct home delivery, shipping normally occurs 3–6 weeks before graduation. Students should contact Southern Recognition with their original order information if the order does not arrive within the expected period.

03.  I’m a College or University graduate. Where is my academic regalia?

Academic-regalia delivery procedures vary by college or university. Graduates should check their school-specific ordering page to confirm the approved delivery method.

 

Most academic regalia is shipped to the address entered during ordering before commencement. Because the regalia is customized according to the graduate’s height, weight, degree and institution, customers with questions should contact Southern Recognition and provide their original order details.

04.  When are graduation announcements delivered?

Graduation announcements are normally shipped to the customer’s home 4–6 weeks after the order is received, provided the school selected home delivery instead of in-school distribution.

 

Shipping rates vary. Customers whose announcements have not arrived within this period should contact Southern Recognition with their original order information.

05. I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?

Graduation orders may arrive in separate shipments. In-stock products that can be packed immediately are normally shipped first, while customized or manufactured products may require additional production time.

 

Customers can contact Southern Recognition and provide their original order information to confirm the status of the remaining products.

06.  Why am I being charged shipping and sales tax?

Southern Recognition must collect sales tax in states where it is legally required. The tax amount is calculated at checkout using the destination ZIP code, county and state.

 

Most graduation products are delivered directly to the customer’s address. Shipping charges are calculated through a shipping platform that selects an efficient and cost-effective delivery method.

07. My products were damaged in shipping. What do I do?

Customers who receive damaged or defective products should email Support@SouthernRecognition.com.

 

The email should include the original order information so the support team can locate the order and assist with replacing the affected products.

08. How do I clean my ring or fine jewelry?

Wash the jewelry using mild detergent and lukewarm water, rinse it, and dry it with a clean, soft cloth.

 

Do not clean it with brushes, sharp tools or rough cloths. Championship jewelry should not be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner because the vibration may loosen handset stones. Jewelry should also be kept away from mercury and strong acids, which can permanently damage gold and silver.
