How long does my order take?
CLASS RINGS & FINE JEWELRY
Typically jewelry production is 8-12 weeks for online orders. Customized options you have selected may cause the manufacturing time to vary. Delivery may vary based on programs chosen by your school - meaning sometimes jewelry is delivered directly to school OR it can also be drop-shipped directly to your address. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & FINE PAPER PRODUCTS
Typically your announcements will be shipped directly home 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your order IF your school's opted for home shipping VS in-school delivery. Standard shipping rates vary. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details.
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES
Your shipment will arrive within 3 weeks of your online order date. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please email contact us and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details.
HIGH SCHOOL CAPS & GOWNS
The vast majority of Southern Recognition, Inc. partner schools require Graduation Caps & Gowns to be delivered ON CAMPUS prior to Graduation Commencement. Exceptions will not be made for special requests at the direction of the high school administration. If your school has opted for Caps & Gowns to be shipped directly home, typical shipping occurs 6-8 weeks prior to graduation commencement. Standard shipping rates vary. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please email contact us and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details.
Where is my order?

Did you know that you can check your online orders from your SRgrad.com account? Login to your account to review your order status. Multiple shipments may occur with your graduation order. Standard or stock items that can be “pick and packed” will be shipped first. Whereas custom manufactured products may require additional lead time and ship separately. Please contact us and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When we receive your order we will send a web order receipt to the email address that you provided with your order. Your order is placed with Southern Recognition, Inc. when a receipt appears on your screen. Your detailed receipt includes the number of items purchased, sales tax, and total order price.
Print your receipt screen for future reference. If the receipt does not appear, follow the instructions that appear on the screen or contact us.
How do I change my order?
ACADEMIC REGALIA - CLASS JEWELRY & RINGS
You may cancel this order within 2 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter cancellations will be subject to up to a $100 cancellation fee. You may change this order within 5 business days from its placement for no additional charge and within 6 to 10 business days for a $25 charge. No changes are allowed after 10 business days from placement of this order OR if your order has been fulfilled and shipped. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to Support@SouthernRecognition.com within the allotted time.
GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENTS
Your Graduation Announcements, Certificates of Appreciation, Return Address Labels, and fine paper products are custom printed with your personal information, therefore changes or cancellations are not accepted after your order has been submitted (the receipt has displayed on your screen.)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If any of your products have arrived damaged or defective, please email Support@SouthernRecognition.com and include your original order information for our team to quickly reference your order details and we will assist you in getting your products replaced.
How should my ring fit?
A ring should fit easily over your knuckle, you should be able to get it on without struggle and then have a slight pull at the knuckle when removing it. You may need to twist the ring 1-2 times to get it off. Proper sizing is more of a personal preference than a perfect science.
Visit a local jeweler and get sized if you have sizing questions or contact a Southern Recognition, Inc. team member. Your fingers change in size slightly over time, which means there is no "perfect" ring size, however if your ring does not fit - we'll resize it for life.
My ring does not fit. What do I do?
RING RESIZING
Your Southern Recognition, Inc. ring may be resized at any time once, free of charge, if in resizable condition. Please refer to the warranty page for more information on sending in your ring.
How do I clean my jewelry?
To preserve the beauty and luster of your jewelry, wash in a mild detergent in lukewarm water and rinse. Then, dry with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use any type of brush, sharp instrument, or rough cloth for cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaners may knock stones loose as each of our rings have handset stones. DO NOT use ultrasonic cleaners on any championship jewelry. To protect your jewelry from permanent damage, avoid any contact with mercury. The effect of mercury and harsh acids on silver and gold is severe and permanent. Be sure to remove your jewelry before encountering such harmful agents.

Southern Recognition, Inc. is the proud partner to a number of prestigious Colleges and Universities across the United States. Each school is different in their required academic regalia distribution and delivery processes. Please reference your school specific ordering page for the delivery method preferred by your College or University. The vast majority of academic regalia is shipped directly to your ordering address prior to graduation commencement. Please note, academic regalia is custom based upon your height and weight specifications, as well as the specific degree earned. Why am I being charged shipping and sales tax?
Southern Recognition, Inc. is legally required to collect sales tax in all states that impose a sales tax. Sales tax is calculated during secure checkout, based on the zip code, county and state where your order is shipped. In addition, the vast majority of our graduation products are shipped directly to your provided address. We are tied into a shipping platform that calculates the most cost effective and efficient shipping method for our customers.
